I called my insurance agent at 10:30am and they came to my house and installed the new windshield at 2pm. Lynn (the installer) showed excellent skills and was a pleasure to talk with while he worked. I would recommend this company to anyone needing auto glass replaced. They arrived on time. The installer also explained everything that I had a question about while he worked.
I had a large crack in my windshield and they replaced it. They came to my office when they said they would and got it replaced in a short period of time. It didn't interrupt my day at all.

They replaced my cracked windshield. They came to my house and used a heater to warm up the garage and replaced the windshield with OEM glass with was paid for by my automobile insurance. The technician appears to have replaced the windshield to factory specs without the use of tape to hold the moulding in place. The technician thoroughly cleaned up all broken glass and debris.

Nancy, their customer service agent was very efficient and very helpful. She worked with my insurance company for authorization and billing. She advised that it could take about a week to order the windshield from the car manufactuer, then called the next day to say the windshield was available. Tim, their technician called to provide a general time frame, then called again when 15 minutes away. Removal of the old windshield and replacement was very fast, it took about 45 minutes. Tim explained the precautions for curing time. Very satisfied with mobile servicing option. Good work.
I chose Auto Glass Express from one of two glass replacement shops recommended by my car dealership (BMW of Minnetonka). Auto Glass Express was very easy to work with. I made the initial call to the office; they got in touch with my car insurance company and got us on the phone together to verify my claim. Auto Glass Express then verified that they had the right windshield in stock. The installer arrived on time, installed a BMW windshield, and did a great job. The windshield was $1,500, (yikes!) but was fully covered by my insurance with no deductible so I paid nothing out of pocket.

Lisa jumped in and took over. She called the dealership several times and kept me up to date with what was going on. Lisa was kind enough to give me her direct number. She knew I would be out of town for 2 weeks. Lisa wanted me to call her if the dealership called me or not. Lisa wanted to make sure my situation was taken care of by the time I get back. Amazing!!

I just called in two windshields to Lisa. As usual she was professional, thorough, quick, competent, and did it all with a smile on her face. I hung up the phone with her and thought, I should have told her that she is the reason I do business with your company, so I called back and told her.
Then I thought you really should know what an asset you have in Lisa. I have dealt with calling in claims to glass companies for 22 years and she is the best I have dealt with to date. I think about a few things when deciding who I send my business to; the number one thing is who will treat my client the best. I need to know that the person dealing with my client will be professional yet kind, thorough yet not rushed, instill confidence, and make us all look good by doing it with a smile on their face. That in a nutshell is Lisa.
I may send one or two claims a year to another shop because I went to their continuing education class, but other than that all my windshields go to your shop because I have total confidence in Lisa. Of course not getting complaints on the work done is important too but it’s that person on the front lines that makes a huge difference. I know when Lisa answers the phone that I’ll spend a couple of minutes giving her information and from there I know my client is safely in her hands.
